Teams can also remit payment via PayPal, however there is an additional 35$ fee to pay via the Paypal service. Please send a request to commissioner@mbsoftball.com to request that a PayPal invoice be sent to your company

- New Teams - Once a representative of the Massachusetts Biotechnology Softball League has confirmed your admission into a division, new teams are required to pay a $100 non-refundable deposit due 5 business days after confirmation with Divisional Coordinator. This deposit is necessary because many new teams prematurely commit to join the league, only to pull-out a couple weeks later (thus taking the opportunity from another team, and causing scheduling headaches). Insurance Waivers
All players must sign the Mass Biotech Softball Insurance Waiver (pdf document).. All insurance waivers should be mailed to your Divisional Coordinator. Divisional Coordinators will be sending team captains detailed Insurance Waiver instructions. Team Roster Worksheet
All teams must submit an official Team Roster.. All team rosters must be submitted using our roster upload tool. Team Roster Worksheets are due on May 1st or prior to any game/practice, whichever comes FIRST.Rosters will be used to check that insurance waivers have been submitted, and to help resolve disputes over ineligible players. Before submitting the official Team Roster Worksheet, all captains must ensure that each player listed on the roster has signed a Insurance Waiver.
Please note, all captain and player email addresses will be added to the Mass Biotech Softball email list, which will be used to keep league members up-to-date on the latest Mass Biotech Softball news; including playoffs, charity events, and other league events. Mass Biotech Softball League members who do not want to be included on this email list can unsubscribe from the list at any time.
